Public procurement. Real opportunities.
We created Tender Bulgaria for the companies that can deliver a tender but have no department to follow the notices and read hundreds of pages of documents.
What we do
Three things that save time
We collect the notices
We check CAIS EOP every 30 minutes and TED every 2 hours. Identical notices from the two sources are merged into one record.
We summarise the documents
Artificial intelligence extracts the subject, the bidder requirements, the guarantees, the deadlines, the award criteria and the risks. The original documents are always one click away.
We show the market
From the awarded contracts we calculate who wins with a given buyer, how many bids are submitted and at what discount on the estimated value.
Where the data comes from
- CAIS EOP — the public part of the national e-procurement platform.
- TED — the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union for tenders above the EU thresholds.
- The CPV, NUTS and EKATTE classifications for sectors, regions and municipalities.
Only the notices at the official source are authoritative. Every tender has a link to it.
What we are not
- We are not affiliated with the Public Procurement Agency, CAIS EOP or any institution of the European Union.
- We do not submit bids on your behalf and do not give legal advice.
- The summaries are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies — check the documents before you bid.
The service is provided by ИНСАЙДМАПС БЪЛГАРИЯ ЕООД, Company No. 205550879, Граф Игнатиев, ул. 44-A, етаж. 4, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria.
