1. Who we are

Tender Bulgaria (tenderbulgaria.com) is an information service that collects publicly available public procurement notices, summarises them and provides analytics. The site is not affiliated with the Public Procurement Agency, CAIS EOP or any institution of the European Union.

2. Sources and accuracy of the data

• The data comes from the public part of CAIS EOP and from TED. It is updated automatically and may appear with a delay compared with the official source.
• Only the notices and documents at the official source are authoritative. Before you submit a bid, check the terms there.
• Summaries and match scores are generated automatically with artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They are an aid, not legal or professional advice.
• The analytics (winners, discounts, number of bids) are calculated from the data available in the database and do not claim to be complete.

3. Profile

• Some features require a profile. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the actions taken through your profile.
• One profile is intended for one company. Sharing access with third parties outside the company is not allowed.
• We may suspend a profile for a breach of these terms or for an attempt at automated extraction of content.

4. Trial and plans

• New profiles get 14 days of free access to a paid plan. No credit card is required and nothing is charged automatically after it ends.
• After the trial the profile moves to the free plan with limited features.
• The current plans, their features and prices are described on the page Pricing. Prices exclude VAT.
• We may change the plans and prices. A change does not affect a period already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

• The content is for internal use by your company.
• Mass automated extraction, resale or publication of the summaries and analytics without written consent is not allowed.
• Any action that disrupts the operation or the security of the site is not allowed.

6. Liability

We make every effort to keep the data complete and up to date, but the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for missed deadlines, missed tenders, rejected bids or other damage arising from inaccuracy, delay or absence of information on the site. The decision to take part in a procedure is entirely yours.

7. Intellectual property

Public procurement notices and documents are public information of the respective buyers. The arrangement, summaries, analytics, design and software of the site are ours.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. In the event of a material change we notify registered users by email. Bulgarian law applies, and disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court.
