Consumer rights
This page summarises your rights under the Consumer Protection Act when you use a paid plan as an individual consumer. The details are in the Terms of use.
1. Trial
The trial is free and needs no credit card. After it the profile stays active without the paid features; nothing is charged automatically.
2. The right to withdraw within 14 days
You may withdraw from the contract for a paid plan within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act). Send us a clear statement through the contact form or to the email on the “Trader information” page. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the statement, in the way you paid.
If you expressly asked for the service to start at once, on withdrawal you owe an amount proportional to the period used (Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act).
3. Ending a subscription
You may end the subscription at any time. Access remains until the end of the paid period; the next period is not charged.
4. Complaints
If the service does not work as described, write to us through the contact form describing the problem. We reply in writing within 14 days and, if the complaint is justified, we fix the problem or refund the corresponding part of the price.
5. Out-of-court dispute resolution
If we do not reach agreement, you may turn to the Consumer Protection Commission (www.kzp.bg, Sofia, 4A Slaveykov Square, 0700 111 22) or to its general conciliation committees, which consider consumer disputes free of charge.
6. Companies
The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act applies to consumers. When you buy a plan for a company, the Terms of use and the Commerce Act apply.
