Използваните настилки на уличните платна, паркингите и тротоарите са избрани съгласно „типови конструкции за настилки на улици, алеи, тротоари и др.“, като детайлите са дадени в графичните разработки на проекта. Настилката на пътното платно на новопредвидените улици е за средно движение.
